Don't you think that Madeleine McCaan's parents are a bit suspicious? If you look at the Mother, you see no sign of sleepless nights or long hours of crying, even from when the child when missing. If your child just disappears for a day without your notice and didn't return till late the next day as you've forgotten they had a sleepover to attend, wouldn't you be extremeley worried, wouldn't you? Yet there seems there's no sign of worry in the parents' eyes. It almost seems as if the might've 'planned' this.

Remember - This is just my opinion, and I would like to see who agrees with me as I know quite a few people who agree with me already but I would like a strangers opinion as well.

Questions like these annoy me. Why?
Because to throw an accusation like this, you have to have full knowledge of the case. At least to have to have been watching their interviews, reading lots of articles and visiting the Madeleine McCANN website etc...

Seeing as you spelt their surname wrong, its quite evident you haven't done that. I'm sorry if I appear rude, but to accuse a Mother and Father of having something to do with their own child's disappearance without good reason...Its beyond justification.
The first thing police look for on a suspect or suspects is a motive...the McCann's do not have a motive.

If you had been paying attention you would have noticed that sometimes Kate McCann has red circles around her eyes, and has lost weight. Signs of sleep depreviation and stress. What more do you want? Do you want her to try and commit suicide to?

Also, your pretty much saying that you know more than the Portugese, Spanish, Moroccan and English police put together. Well if you can prove so, I salute you!

Now, please show some respect - Gerry and Kate have lost their 4 year old daughter. They don't know whether she is dead or alive. You and me will never begin to understand what they are and have gone through. They have travelled around Europe and Africa searching for her...Yet still, they remain good parents to their twins Sean and Amelie. Spending time with them, reading them stories and shielding them from this devestating misfortune. I pray to God that their little angel is returned safely into their arms, so they can once again live their life.

Thank You
Take Care

(Rich answering here)
YES, I completely understand this, their blog says it all really, i've heard so many people saying about it and on certain days the only mention that madeline actually gets is a "we had an hour to greive for maddy" (correct me if i'm wrong)
I feel for the girl but for the parents, i'm sorry but no, if they love their children that much why leave them when on holiday in a foreign country unsupervised while they go out for a meal, there's no excuse and the fact that everyone has rallied around them to sympathize is pathetic, if they had left the child in England for a day without any supervision then they would have lost all 3 of them, instead they've gotten a longer holiday, met the pope and made quite a bit of money out of it themselves, they should be ashamed of themselves, because i'm ashamed they came from England

(Also, there's a little thing called free speech, if you find something offensive then dont read it, dont complain and tell the asker of the question to take delete it, I personally would be pretty annoyed if someone told you that you should delete a question incase it caused offence, as probably would you)

I am not sure on what to think about it, I don't think they had anything to do with her going missing but I do think its there fault for being selfish and leaving thier 3 children alone in the apartment and no one looking after them, I really do feel sorry for them, they do seem to be acting very calmly but they do have 2 other children to look after and are trying there best to be normal for there sakes.
Who are we to judge the way they are acting as we do not know how we would react in ther situation people deal with things in different ways we do not know what goes on beghind closed doors we do not see there grief then.
When they meet the pope you could see how moved they were by this.
I do not think in anyway they would have 'planned it' they both have respectable jobs and loving caring family around them I do not think anyone would ever plan to get there child taken away from them they are not getting anything from this there is no benifit to them. I really do think they are to blame for it but who are we to judge everyone makes mistakes but this one is a extremely sad one and very upsetting and I feel so so sorry for them and can not imagine or want to what they are going through.

There was that case of a little boy going missing years ago and to this day he has still not been found - we might never know what has happend to that sweet innocent child.

This is just my opinion and I am entitled to it!!!

properly stated Murcia you summed up my suggestions precisely. As for helping lacking young infants, honestly its none of what you're promoting agency, yet i'm going to allow you be attentive to besides. My kin have made, and proceed to make donations to a lacking persons charity.( no longer the Mccann Fund however!) besides as different charitable motives. I might desire to declare however, that having an opinion on the disgraceful, negligent (IMO) parents, does not remember on what human beings might or won't do for charity. the remarkable to an opinion is the prerogative of any customary good individual.

The situation is all very very suspicious. This whole sharard has gone all money based, its really wiered. I would of died by now if my child had gone missing, id be hysterical, or in a heap on the floor with mental exhaustion. I know they have to carry on for the sake of the other 2, but them 2 are getting left, while they go on trips and also put in a creche. I would like to know what is going to happen to all this money if poor little Maddie is never found. Why arent they getting prosucted for leaving those kiddies, anyone else would have social services banging on thier door.

What I would like to know is why the authorities have not focused more on these parents. I guess affluent doctors don't commit crimes or something. With a 5+ million dollar award for information of the whereabouts of this girl why hasn't someone come out with any info. I don't know much about Portugal but in U.S it is a crime to leave your kids alone with no supervision, you would lose custody of any kids still in the home, but here these folks have simply "lost" one and no one seems to worry that there are two more kids left with these irresponsible people. What's goin on, Police?

i whole heartily agree with you, yes they need publicity to find her but i think something else is going on too, who travels the world like they do attending the popes sermon etc, I'd be digging up everything until she was found, not off without the other two children for a start, and don't get me started on having a birthday party for Maddy for the other two's sake, that was sick

I have been saying since a few days after the news broke that there is more to this than meets the eye. Something does not quite click.

True,
They do seem a bit layed back concidering evrything what has actually happened.
Is it a publicity stunt?
Who knows, but I think that if I'd seen that letter sent to the newspapers I would be dead by now. I'm sorry but I would.
But to be honest, I do also think it's real. No, I haven't looked in their eyes but I think that they just want to calm down about it because they don't want their lives to become ruined by it.
People have different reactions to each other, let them be how they are. Let them carry on as how they are.
