Jesus nor his Father could ever think of torturing anyone.
People are disgusted by child abusers, yet they can love and worship a God whom they believe tortures his imperfect children in fire forever and ever. Does this make sense?
The hellfire doctrine is pagan and Satan uses it as a tool to get people to either refuse to worship God because it makes him cruel & unjust or gets them to worship a God only because they have a morbid fear of being burned alive endlessly with no hope whatsoever.
The God I worship does not torture anyone. He is a God of love and all his ways are just.
Proverbs 29:26--"Many seek the ruler's face; but a man's right judgment is from Jehovah."
Daniel 9:9--"With the Lord our God are mercies and pardons, for we have rebelled against him"
In the book of Revelation, God promises us that soon hell will be gone forever. Our enemy death will also be no more. Actually death and hell are closely linked. Hell is only mankinds common grave. Without death, there will be no need for graves (hell) Revelation 20:14

Brilliant! See? It doesn't make sense, does it? Why would a loving God TORTURE people?
Here's the thing: the hellfire doctrine was actually never in the Bible originally. The Hebrew word "Sheol" that is translated to "hell" in most Bible translations actually has a different meaning. In simple terms, "Sheol" is the common grave of all mankind, in other words, the state of nonexistence. It's not an actual location, more of a state of being.
Some evidence of this would be Job 14:13 which says, "If only you would hide me in Sheol, and shelter me until your anger has passed." Job, of course, said this when he was being tempted by Satan. However, why would he want to be sheltered in Sheol, if Sheol meant hell? Naturally, he wouldn't. But he had the hope of a resurrection, and so he was able to ask that.
If you would like to know more about the Bible, you can go to this link and request that someone come to your home and conduct a personal BIble study with you, completely free of course.

Good point. Its excellent to find someone thinking for themselves and questioning the status quo.
The teaching of a fiery hell was borrowed by apostate Christianity from the Babylonians and Egyptians, both of which taught the existence of a fiery, tormenting netherworld. This was done to try to scare their followers into doing or believing anything they taught, regardless or whether or not it is from the Bible.
Look at it this way:
If you had a stubbornly rebellious child who wouldn’t listen to you, would you hold their hand on a hot stove to punish them? No, of course not. Anyone who would should have their children taken away. We know from the Bible that “God is love” (1 John 4:8). He would never torment someone for eternity (which is a really long time) for the sins of just 70 years. Religions who teach about fiery hell have much to answer for before God.

You are so right! Hell does NOT burn forever. The punishment is forever- meaning forever results. The punishing is not forever.....because God IS a God of love. Proof in this text:
Mal 4:1,3 The wicked are turned to ASHES. If they continually burned there would be no ashes.

Try this before you judge Jesus so harshly. Go out into the street and invite into your home all the people you see not just the good ones. Leave them alone in your home for a day. When you return look what they have done to your home. Then you can decide.

there has to be consequences for every action. That is a rule of life. So, not believing in Jesus has to have a consequence also. Fortunately, it is so easy to avoid this consequence. I did and I hope a lot of you reading this do too. But, Free Will is your choice. Thanks and have a great day.

Hell is something that people choose. Jesus came to offer them a different choice. If God imposed His will on us, then how would that be love?

We all deserve condemnation.
The fact that Jesus has given the opportunity for even one person to be saved is beyond the scope of human compassion, mercy, and forgiveness.

That is such a good question and so true anyone would.
He is a loving father and who would like to discredit him more than anyone? Satan the devil. In Jeremiah it is said that they were throwing their babies in the fire something that never came up into his heart to do.
Isn't that what hell is? so I believe what he told Adam, "for dust you are and to dust you will return"
That would have been a perfect chance to say, I will burn you forever. that is a teaching of Demons.
Where was Jesus?
Matthew 27:60 and laid it is his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulcher, and departed.
Acts 2:31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
That proves that at one time his soul was in hell.
So in one place it says he was in a tomb. Then it says he was in hell, so we can only conclude they thought of hell as the grave. Acts 2:31
If hell was such a bad place and job was already suffering why did he pray to go to hell?
Job 14:13, Dy: “[Job prayed:] Who will grant me this, that thou mayst protect me in hell,* and hide me till thy wrath pass, and appoint me a time when thou wilt remember me?” (God himself said that Job was “a man blameless and upright, fearing God and turning aside from bad.”—
Ezekiel 18:4 The soul that is sinning its self will die.
"the wags of sin is death" "For dust you are and to dust you will return"
psalms 146:4 His spirit goes out he goes back to his ground in that day his thoughts do perish.
Would life on this earth be a kindness on God's part if most of us was going to hell when we died?
(Matthew 7:13-14) 13Â “Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it; 14Â whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.
(Luke 13:23-24) 23Â Now a certain man said to him: “Lord, are those who are being saved few?” He said to them: 24Â “Exert yourselves vigorously to get in through the narrow door, because many, I tell YOU, will seek to get in but will not be able,
So this is saying the majority of people will not be saved in the sight of God.
Even some who truly believe they are saved.
(Matthew 7:21-23) 21Â “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22Â Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23Â And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness.
Some religious people are not doing the will of God.
