We can only hope & pray...I feel SOOO much for their families! Not knowing anything is worse than getting the 'bad news'.

Doubts exist Spc. Jiminez and Pvt. Foulty are alive; their families have been briefed by Army top brass and face such likelihoods of this grim fact.

We fought Vietnam with the "honor/valor" system--proudly (and 'loudly') being identified a mile away in our uniforms--while our enemies could stand feet away from us--and zap us dead in pieces. We lost Vietnam because we didn't know how to fight a dirty war.

Well....guess what??? We STILL don't get the concept of dirty war. And given the added "Political Correct" approach we force our servicemen in Iraq to front towards potential enemies....assurredly, the US service personnel body count very likely will keep the Funreal Detail at Arlington quite busy.

I suggest a new approach to fighting the dirty war: Get down just as banal, just as savage....and just as dirty as our enemy--and zap them when THEY least expect it.

To hell with political correctness and it's tree-hugging advocates.

They were killed during that attack. Their bodies were hidden/buried somewhere for 2 reasons:

1. Intimidation of other troops.
2. To draw more troops to search and rescue them to make them easy targets, too. That tactics worked, more people were killed.
It's a common tactics among militant groups similar to hunter's lure.

They are either dead or being tortured. As we can see from the past, people in iraq like to hold captives for money. So tis question is up for grabs.
