Neither. Love is a psychological reaction in our brains that promotes us to breed. We all have this urge, some people have it more than others. However as society dictates, (in western culture) it is the norm to settle down with one partner and to be loyal to them all your life. Therefore, as an intelligent species we make up this so called 'love'. We do not find it, and it does not find us. It is just one of this things that happens

Well, to tell you the truth, we will find the one we have "planned" to find when the time is right as we have "planned" it to be. Before we are born we have charted a life for ourselves with many challenges. We have arranged,with those souls we choose to spend life after life with (not just in love relationships), to come back (reincarnation) around the same time and have charted our lives to connect with each other when the time we choose has come. So don't fret, your life will happen exactly as you planned it.

Both, I think that you need to be open to love, in a sense that is like finding it. But it also comes to us. I met my Fiancee on accident. I wasn't going to go out that night cause I wasn't feeling well (I had a cold). And anyway I went out with my friend to support her and we went to place I had never been before. And I saw him. I blew him a kiss and a wink and the rest is history!

Love came to me when I stopped looking for it. But I suppose it goes both ways because I guess my love couldn't have found me if he wasn't looking.

Honestly, it's all relative. For me when I think of finding someone I never do. It is only when I quit or just lose track of it that I find someone interesting.
