help. ive tried so hard to forget about him but i cant. i know he doesnt feel the same way. what do i do?

I know it hurts, honey, but really, all you can do is move on. I'm sure you are a wonderful girl and there will be many guys out there for you if you open your eyes to see them. Don't dwell on this too much, though, or other boys will be scared off. Let it go and move on. This can't be right away, I know, it will take time. Surround yourself with friends and just move on. Maybe you can't forget about him, but you don't have to think about him all the time. There is really nothing you can do. He probably isn't good enough for you anyway. =)
Good luck, sweetie, and I'm sorry you have to be in this situation, but it'll make you stronger and make you a better girlfriend for someone some day.

try and focus your attention to someone or something else. get rid of things that remind you of him. if you usually see him somewhere, don't go there or that way, take a different route. forgetting about someone and moving on is difficult. it's a slow process and once you start to forget about him then you'll know when you've moved on. try thinking of the bad things about him. try to find ways of hating him. you don't love this guy, it's just an infatuation and you'll get over it soon.

Keep on keeping busy. He doesn't love you. He doesn't. The sooner your accept that hard fact, the sooner you'll heal. There will be other guys that love you that you don't love. What goes around comes around. It's not his fault he doesn't love you like you want him to. He's just not the one.

Move on. Go out and be social and meet new people. Maybe you will find someone new to date. In time, you will get over him.

well you cant force people to love but you can keep seeing him with boundries to be able to date when the right one comes along. dont burn bridges that you might have to go back over .
