Sorry to inform you, but evolution does not address the beginning of life, only changes of existing life. You need to shift your disbelief to abiogenesis.

The hard part is explaining how the first single-celled plants and/or animals came about, because there is nothing much in the fossil record until they had something to leave behind. But once self-replicating organisms came into existence, they evolved by small degrees, as small changes happened by accident. This could be radiation, chemical changes, whatever. A single molecule changes in the DNA. Some of these changes benefit the organism in adapting to its environment, and so the organism lives long enough to reproduce.
Once you get larger animals that have sex, and not just reproducing by cellular division, then mate selection becomes one of the moving forces. So, for example, a genetic change (remember, you can call them "mutations" if you want, but generally most people think that means horrors, not benefits) might make one male stronger or better looking, and the females choose him, so he has more children, who inherit his good looks or his strength or, in the case of animals developed enough to have brains, his smarts.
Mother nature has been breeding for brains for a long time, which is nominally how humans came about. They call us homo sapiens, which means smart man.
It's all relative, of course.

There is no evolutionary standpoint. The theory of evolution does not deal with how life began, only how it evolved. There is no answer to this question yet, only hypotheses.

This is what they believe. In the beginning.....Dirt Think I am kidding? I am not. First of all they believe that nothing became something and the universe was created. Then there was dirt on earth and rain fell on the dirt and life evolved all by itself out of this mud. Then of course .......
First I was a polywog swimming in the sea
Then I was an aligator eating birds and bees
Then I was a monkey swinging from a tree
Now Im a biologist with my P H D!!!

Evolution is an observable fact, just like gravity. The reason these two things are still called theories is because noone knows exactly how they work. Natural selection is a good example of evolution, as we can actually observe evolution in progress. Corn farmers and dog breeders know that natural selection is a fact.

Rev. Albert einstein - i don't fully understand the basic principles of how life came about yet i don't look at the easy option of believing something supreme created everything. The human brain always needs to find an answer and when it can't we get frustrated and confused, hence the creation of god and religion.

Check "Chemical Evolution" on the net. Evolution does happen everywhere, even with organic substances.

There was no evolution:
Evolutionist are always looking for a way to convince themselves of foolish things in spite of evidence to the contrary.
They invent all sorts of things as they go along.....everytime something doesn't work out right they invent another theory to keep it current with the latest discovers which keep invalidating their last assumption....it is really laughable
And sadly, convincing themselves is not enough for them. They have to further perpetuate their deceptions by spreading around to our nations youth. Beware of the radical evolutionists....they will tell you anything to keep you from believing in a Creator.

I don't know how it started.
It doesn't mean that it automatically requires a magical sky creature who threatens me with hell, because then you're left explaining the origin of THAT...
