Keep the ten points. I can't help you ---- you have to help you. What I can do is offer some suggestions.
1. Get a good physical. Identify to the MD your concerns. Many physical conditions have low energy as a symptom.
2. If there is nothing significant in the physical -- Take a look at your nutrition and sleep hygiene.
3. If that is ok -- then have an assessment for mild depression.
The ball is in your court.

Don't listen to these people that are saying you're lazy. It's difficult for me to get out of bed and do housework, especially on weekends. It helps if you live with someone else, talk to them and have them help you get out of bed, my husband jumps on the bed and makes me laugh every morning I try to sleep in late! Get up and take a shower, use some face scrub formulated to wake you up, there's an orange one at walmart/drug stores called "morning burst" but my favorite one is Clinique's exfoliating scrub. It seriuosly immediately makes me feel much more awake and a little energetic! Even if your plan is to do housework, and you're having trouble getting going, take a shower. You're just going to get dirty again by cleaning up, but really, what is it going to hurt to take more than 1, or even 2 showers a day!? Just stay moisturized :) Good luck!

Eat 6 small well balanced meals a day, exercise, and talk to someone about whatever has you "down". Study and practice positive thinking. You sound depressed. A professional counselor should be able to help. You have to force yourself to do these things, though. Left untreated you will only get worse. Your life can and will change drastically. If you don't do something about it now. Multi vitamins can help also. Too much sleep, will make you even more tired. Get out and enjoy life some. If you are in a bad situation- get out. No one can force you to get help, Unless, you are a danger to yourself or others. If you want to talk e mail me. I am unbiased. annshphrd@yahoo.com GL

Low energy can mean several different things; health issue, depression, laziness, etc.
Ask yourself these questions; what other symptoms do I have (if any)?
Is this something that has recently popped up?
When was the last time I had a complete physical; include tests for thyroid, female hormonal imbalance, etc.?
Is there something going on in my life right now; divorce, family issues, financial troubles, job burnout, etc.?
All of these things are important to check into, I suggest you make a list and begin to investigate.

Get an ipod shuffle for when you do housework.
Maybe try walking to a coffee shop and back first thing when you wake up.
By choosing not to do your housework are you increasing your dissatisfaction? If so it might be easier although still hard to just do the housework. The least of two evils for you.

You may be suffering from mild depression, or you are just lazy. Make a timetable list of things to do EX: 1:00pm - start a load of laundry. 1:15 - Make the beds...try that and make yourself stick to it.

try going out with friends and do something fun like swimming or play some sports...you can also take some vitamins w/c makes you feel energized... or maybe you don't have enrgy coz you feel bad or somehow sad... be positive and think that good deeds would give "good karma" 3 times ....well be optimistic about life...

Try and listen to the music you love when working, it can make you work and you are enjoying the music at the same time. I hope this works for you.
