I have a dog too, when I get him angry, I see his tail between his legs. I think it means that they're scared or sad.

its a sighn of unhappyness so embarssment is possibull, its the equvelnt of a person having there shoulder hurnched and looking at the floor though if a person wiped there **** on my bed they would be very lucky if all i did was laugh
