I will always love my first, but I am no longer attracted to him. He is a friend to me, but I honestly would never want to be withhim again. I dumped him though. But, I do have a very special place for him.

well some parts of it is true and the other is left for life. What i mean is when you do have sex with someone you probably might grow an emotional attachement to that person.

its not all the time that that happens if the people arent matute enout or dosent really want to commit to anyone. so that is the truth about sex and emotional commitments, i mean what is the reason that ytou all broke up from each other
was is something that wass stupid or was it somethig that couldnt help but happen

A girl never forgets her first guy but that doesn't mean she'll be attached to you. I lost my virginity to my first husband when we dated. I am in no way attached to him, in fact I regret everything. If you are still friends after the split, she might be attached to you in a way, that is if she still cares about you, being friends doesn't mean she cares, it can just mean that she is being nice. If you are not friends, then chances are she will get over it and move on, not every girl is the same. Why are you worried about this? Are you attached to her? Not many men get attached to their first girl. My ex husband never married again and I am his one and only. He won't have sex with anyone else. He will always be attached to me but that's his choice. We are not exactly friends. I don't want him in my life obviously but he insists on staying in my life. We got married in 1995 and divorced in 2000 my choice for both. Think about your question and ask yourself the same thing. Take care!

That relies upon on who the guy is having intercourse. If its a fling, then maximum possibly u won't have any thoughts for the guy reason all u crave is intercourse and any surprising females can take her place. yet while the females u are having intercourse for the 1st time with is say your lady chum or newly wed spouse, there'll def be some variety of emotional attachment.

A year and a month:counting the days and you say your not attached? hard to believe. All kidding aside, I think there is a sort of attraction to someone for the first time. The first slow dance, the first cigarette, the first beer. I think you remember them all as a matter of "the first" and that's all.

I become very attached to my first and was heartbroken when we split. When you are young you think that you will be with your first forever, and fantisize about spending your life with them. "Puppy love" is what my parents called it..*lol* Please don't be mean to her and show her patience while she is getting over you. Let her later memories of you be good one's instead of ugly one's by saying hateful things to her or about her. You might run into her one day later in your life and find out she is a total hottie and want another chance. She will get over you on time, but until then be patient and be nice!

I think if she is attatched, it would not be because you were her first but because you were her first "and" you were together for a year and a half....you had a real relationship with sex...so that made it more meaningful. Be thankful for that...so many people lose their virginity to a one night stand and making love is sooo much better than just sex

Well, I don't know about being attached, but you will always remember your first. I still do (and I'm OLD). I do not remember my second, but I definitely remember my first.

Very different creatures, males and females...because
she, on the other hand, will be permanently smitten with you and she will probably stalk you until the day you die.

normally people don't ever forget their first love. normally guys do not forget their first love either.
in a prefect world, we all would have just one partner. but as we all know, for the most of us, we waisted that opportunity way back when we were throwing out much of what is precious and irreplaceable due to being young and naive even shallow.
she will always have a special place in her heart just for you. perhaps as her first love. perhaps as the creep she fell for.
