The only thing that ever worked for me---hot liquids. Hot coffee, tea, cocoa even soup. In fact drinking anything cold would make them worse.

I'm not sure what kind of cramps you're talking about but if you get muscle spasms, charlie horses and cramps in the legs then you have a Magnesium deficiency....... just like most people do. Take 800 MG a day for 6 weeks ---- Taking Vitamin K will help absorb 58% more Magnesium ---- On the other hand, if this is a female problem or if you're getting gas then there's something you're eating or rather, you're body's not digesting the food properly. You can take enzymes like Bromelain (from pinapples) to fix that. Let me know what kind of cramps you are having please. Thanks.
