and the bearings the vechicle is making noise i thing the bearing are worn too.

the oil pump is under the distributor shaft, you have to take the engine apart to change it. it is a lot of work.

If the engine has a dense knocking, the rod and main bearings- oil pump replacement thing may only help little and most likely not for long. The crankshaft is probably damaged.

Sounds like it is time for an engine rebuild, or put in a crate engine. The car is 20 years old now. You may even be able to get a used engine from a salvage yard, and save a few bucks. It depends on how long you are planning on keeping the truck. good luck
