I am studying how to be better and to witness to muslims and the like, but I am still cleaning up my life. So if anyone wants to answer that question, and decide to be a friend male/female. Thats cool.

The penalty is death.

Which is why Jesus came to earth and died for our sins.

So if one repents and turns away from his sins and if one puts their faith and trust in Jesus death on the cross, their sins can be forgiven.

The links below show how that whole process occurs.

Buddy you got a long way to go. Think about it. If you had one question you could ask, just one, that you could ask God, or Allah, would it be what is the penalty for taking the Lord's name in vain???

I mean, just don't do it? Right? Why bother knowing what the penalty is? That's like knowing how much over the speed limit you can go and still be safe. If you're that worried, just don't do it. I mean, God.

Just like any other sin this flesh is trying to be rid of forever.
The best medicine for it is God's Word.
Start memorizing scripture and it will transform and renew your mind.

It is one of the Ten Commandments. If you break one, you have broken them all. Ask God for forgiveness and repent.
