Technically YES, but you need DVD Authoring software, MOVIE EDIT PRO 12 will do it
But a WEBCAM has bery low video quality, you are MUCH better with a proper camcorder

i think so. you can record video and burn it onto a dvd. ull need a dvd writer on your computer.
