This verse is saying God is our only savior. If you are saying Jesus is your savior, then you have a problem if Jesus is not your God. This verse clearly says there is not other savior besides God. If Jesus is not you Lord and God like Thomas says in (John 20:28), then you will die in your sins.

10 “ You are My witnesses,” says the LORD,

“ And My servant whom I have chosen,
That you may know and believe Me,
And understand that I am He.
Before Me there was no God formed,
Nor shall there be after Me.
11 I, even I, am the LORD,
And besides Me there is no savior.
12 I have declared and saved,
I have proclaimed,
And there was no foreign god among you;
Therefore you are My witnesses,”
Says the LORD, “that I am God.
Isaiah 43:10-12

John 3:16 “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life.

To be saved, you must believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and that God sent him.

As to John 20:28 many scholars state that Thomas was using a common expression of amazement and not calling Jesus his God.

This understanding agrees with

John 20:17 Jesus said to her: “Stop clinging to me. For I have not yet ascended to the Father. But be on your way to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and YOUR Father and to my God and YOUR God.’”

and

John 20:31 But these have been written down that YOU may believe that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God, and that, because of believing, YOU may have life by means of his name.

Remember Context is everything.

As to Savior, Jehovah used Jesus to save mankind.

Just as Jehovah has used 'saviors' through out the history of Israel.

Yes Jehovah says 'I am God' as you quoted above.

Without Jehovah accepting Jesus ransom, there would be no salvation as John 3:16 says.

If you believe that Jesus is more than an image, then you are being blinded by Satan.

2 Cor 4:4.

All power comes from Jehovah. He has given power to his son, Jesus. Jesus is the bridge from perfection of Jehovah to imperfect humankind. For anything to reach Jehovah, it must come through Jesus.

Thank-you for mentioning that Scripture, and if you studied the Bible you know that where you read the word LORD is in place where the Tetragrammaton supposed to be. (הוהי) The personal name of our creator.

Yes we worship that God that we call Jehovah.

Check this out;
in Luke 20:42-43 says, And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I make thine enemies thy footstool.

Who in your opinion is the first LORD mentioned?
Who is the second Lord?

That quote in Luke is from Psalm 110:1 The LORD (הוהי) said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

Consider this verse in Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Who is giving power to Jesus?

The memorial is what Jesus himself instituted and it is a command to observe it, 1Cor. 11:24-25. ...do this in remembrance of me....
Who told you that we do not believe in the resussection?

They do not have a Savior. They think that they can make it to heaven by their deeds. Little bit like Muslims, and also Jews.
