I just bought a used magnavox tv and it is working perfectly so far. It is the 20MT133S and it was manufactured in 03 I believe. I keep reading of people having problems with Magnavox brand and wondered if there is anyone not having problems with their set? How long will my tv last before I start having problems? I had a Samsung that lasted for 17 years and it still works. What do you all think?

Its just a matter of time.
That unit could be one of the rare ones that last over 5 years or it could not.
You cant expect quality, especially if the unit can be bought from walmart.

We bought a magnavox at christmastime and returned it because the reception was terrible on non-cable channels. It was very fuzzy and looked worse than the old TV we had. So we ended up putting the old one back up.
