Usually if your instincts are telling you its not right then you are under threat. Our bodies are very good at sub consciously picking up on little signals. That feeling we get of uncertainty is a warning to be careful. Always trust your instincts. I went on a day course with work about self defence and recognising dangerous situations. This is what the man running it said, he was an ex police officer with loads of experience. Stay safe x

There is a small red flag near the right ear lobe that will pop up when there are signs of danger. For men it is on the left side. Everyone has them.

If the little voices in your head are saying
"Danger,danger."
they're right.
look out.

I think that that is when your " gut instinct " comes into play. you have the feeling that things are not right, like someone is following you, watching you or is about to do something that will put you in immediate danger.
a lot of times, you know you shouldn't be where you are, but it's too late to change your mind.

usually a good feeling to listen to. if you dont feel safe with someone, its probably best to be elsewhere. it might not be something you know, but its better to be safe than sorry. if you dont feel safe where you are, get a friend to come over now or go there really quickly. intuition is a womans survival instinct kicking in and if its buzzing, be careful and dont be there! i will pray you will be safe tonight. just look after yourself ok?
