Wheel bearing noise changes when you steer into and away from the side with the bad bearing. How long ago new tires?Tires that did not get rotated up to the front often enough make noise. You can feel this wear by running your hand across and around the tire. There is no way to quiet down a tire that is making noise just replace the tires in matched pairs or complete sets and keep moving the tires from front to back every other oil change and ballance once a year... Some inexpensive tires are just noisy Good luck

Hello,
I work at a nissan dealership, and I think its best to bring it in for service, instead of driving around and asking on yahoo answers what is wrong with your vehicle. You dont want to get stuck while your driving. Just to be safe bring it in to a Nissan dealership.

Could it be the muffler? I think its called the baffle or bapple (not sure of the spelling) Have your muffler checked just in case.
