Don't forget the polar bears from the Arctic and kangaroos and other marsupials from Australia. And then when the flood was over, I guess Noah had to return marsupials back to Australia since they only live in Australia. Same as with the polar bears.
And what's with this guy saying Noah had 120 years to prepare for this? Oh yeah, people back then lived several hundred years. I forgot.

How do you know what the antediluvian world looked like?
Since the tallest mountains couldn't have been more than 1800 meters or thereabouts, the type of world we live in -- they did not!
One more thing, since the angels did the ingathering of the animals, it is obvious that it wasn't even part of Noah's job description. So why do you not challenge the abilities of angels instead? (You have no clue as to what they can do)
There are a lot of things not revealed about that period; nonetheless, you are here, the animals are here and there and everywhere -- so if Noah did build an ark then the job obviously was done correctly -- the facts today speak for that.
Please read these pages to see that evolution has nothing to offer Christians once the Bible is read as it is meant to; (the first two paragraphs of the creation may be skipped by theophobics -- but 3 pages)

Noah spent 120 years building and sharing the upcoming flood. and before the flood the earth was land based, not ocean based like now. the earth had a cloud cover that kept the earth form drying out, and the earth was very smooth and hilly. when the flood came the earth broke open the waters that were under the surface, the continents separated and formed the oceans and seas. so it is possible and did happen that way. geologists will tell u where the continents separated.

Before the world wide Flood, there was no rain forest. The earth had a mild climate and God sent two of each kind of His created beings into the ark. Seven of each clean animal went in - they were going to start eating animals after they got out of the boat since there would be no gardens ready to harvest for a while. check out www.3abn.org

The earth was not divided at that time. It was not until the time of Peleg, Noah's g-grandson that the earth was divided. Genesis 10:25
Science has recently discovered that all of the continents were connected into one mass which they are calling Eurasia. If they had only read the Bible, they would have seen that it told about it long before they "discovered" it.

The continants were closer toger and may have even touched each other before the flood. Noah had 120 years to prepare this.

I've asked this question many times (not here, but in "real life"). I've also asked believers in the Noah story to explain to me why there are no kangaroos in Turkey.
I never get a straight answer.

Maybe the land mass had not split apart at that time.
Maybe you just think they can only live in the rainforest and they just didn't adapt to it.

a similarly good question is: after the flood waters receded and the ark came to rest...why did certain animal go to certain places, all the kangaroos to australia, all the lions to africa, tigers to asia... ... wouldn't all animals be all over the world if they all got off the boat in one place?
the answer...IT DIDN"T HAPPEN THAT WAY, they evolved
