Yes a few times while travelling.
Nothing wrong with it, just imagine it's a breakfast cup without the handle.

No, but, I did drink from a saucer. Now this when I was young and it was something I had seen old people do. You pour a little into a saucer from your cup. I think it was to cool the coffee so they not burn their tongue. As the Coffee in the cup cooled, then they just drink from their cup.

Yes. I always run out of cups.
In Asia, we drink on saucer's with two half boiled eggs accompanied with light soy sauce and dash of white pepper.

coffee and tea from a bowl is the best- full aroma and it's great for the sinuses.and it warms your hands.

no i haven't... nice idea though. i just think a bowl is just a flatter and bigger version of a cup.

no, can't say i have. but i did have my coffee this morning in a cup...with cream and sugar, exactly how i like it!
