If you mean ABSOLUTE---then ABSOLUTELY not.
Writing could involve threats on another person or group or country. It could make people go into very protective cover over what might only be writings. Freedom to write is to express ones legitimate complaints against society or idealogy, but certainly does allow one to jeopardize someones well being with threats etc. Good question.

The freedom to write is absolute, but the freedom to publish what you've written is not - retrictions may apply for example if speech is offensive, discriminating, abusive.
