I always eat a high-fiber cereal w/ low-fat milk and a piece of fruit. Or oatmeal w/ fruit. As far as working out, it all depends. If you have the energy as soon as you wake up, then workout. but remember, you're body needs fuel for the workout, so you might want to do a cup of yogurt or a banana before you begin.

I personally adore this breakfast:
Natural Yogurt sweetened with sweetener
28 grms Bran flakes
Half a melon
sprinkle half the bran on the bottom of the dish, dollop half the yogurt on top, add half of the melon on top of that and then layer the second half of everything. Hope you have a bowl big enough! Yummy!
Also, how about scrambled eggs (2) on Toast, easy on the spread.
Grilled bacon, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms and pouched egg
As for working out. Eat a banana to boast your energy and then workout and eat breakfast after. Or workout at least two hours after eating.

i attempt to devour a first American breakfast, yet while i'm getting a prior due start up i might in simple terms start up my day without work with a dinner meal. and that i've got from time to time ended the day with a breakfast meal. particularly for the duration of my eating days as quickly as I went to a eating place after the bars closed. those days are over now, yet I nevertheless devour different nutrition at different circumstances.

You need protein for breakfast, like eggs, oatmeal, peanutbutter. Also whole grain breads and cereal with low sugar are good options. I drink protein powder every morning with 8 oz of orange juice. I would workout first and then eat. Especially if you are weight lifting, it is important to eat protein at least 1 hour after lifting, it helps build muscle.

Always eat before a workout. Your body needs fuel to perform correctly.
scrambled egg whites with chopped vegetables is very tasty, turkey bacon and toast. This is a very low fat but high protein breakfast. Good for energizing the body

Work out and then eat. But before you workout, figure out what you are going to eat, so you don't over eat after your workout.
Breakfast foods that are good: wheat toast with jam. Oatmeal. dry wheat cereals. other dry cereals (I love Yogurt Burst Cheerios in Strawberry).

I'd go for things like a rice cake(the quaker ones come in awesome flavors now), a yogurt and a banana. If you have the time, perhaps some healthy cereal and add in your favorite fruits.

best cereal you can have -- GoLean Crunch.
10 grams or protein
TONS of fibre
and 6.25 grams of soy protein.
and it tastes amazing. kind of like that General Mills one..i think cinnamon toast crunch? lol :-)
have one cup of the cereal with 1/2 a cup of milk, and a glass of orange juice or water, and your good until lunch.
Fibre's also a really good part of a diet for flat abs.
hope i helped! :-)
