The most important thing about power converters is their wattage, you have to look at the back of your Cybershot or its adapter and see how many watts are required to operate it, and upon determining the watts needed, you need to look for a converter that converts from 220 VAC to 110VAC, with greater watts than your Cybershot operates, for example if your Cybershot requires 50 watts to operate, you need 100 watts converter.

we use a three pin plug system here - I presume you have the lead that goes into the back of the camera - little square ended thing?? All you need is an adaptor to convert the plug on the other end of that lead to fit into our plugs.

There are Europen plug converters you can buy at most stores for $12

You plug in your charger to the US side and then select the right side for Europe.
