I'm assuming you either meant:
1. "What do you think about children who commit crimes?"
or
2. "How do children who commit crimes think?"
I'm sorry to be blunt, but the way you put it is not clear enough....
Though my guess is you meant the first one.
If that's the case, then "罪を起こす子(or 子供たち)を(or について) どう考えますか? " would be much better.
If you meant the second, then nothing's wrong.
"罪を起こす子供たちについてどう考えますか?” is the best I can think of to say what I think you mean.
I think the expression ”.....についてどう考えますか?” is very versatile as you can ask about anything by using it. You just put anything you want to ask about in front of it.

what do you think of a child who causes crime??
hmmm.....spare the rod spoil the child. counseling. some form of punishment. it depends on the specific situtation and on the child and it's needs. why do you ask?? are you a child causing crime??? this was a weird one....
