Im 16 yrs old Im a male bout 5 ft 6.75 in to 5 foot 7 on good days lol, um i weigh bout 144-149 lbs my pedometer reads at about 14,000 steps on average daily this is without this is just my daily activities someone please help

This plan is a 3000 calorie food pattern. It is based on average needs for someone like you. (A 16 year old male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 150 pounds, physically active 30 to 60 minutes a day.) Your food needs also depend on your rate of growth and other factors. See a health care provider who can track your height and weight over time to identify your specific needs.

To gain weight, increase those calories. To lose weight decrease those calories. I try to go for 200-400 calorie +/- to gain or lose weight. Then you do it slow and steady.
