John the Baptist ;-baptised people telling them of the coming of Jesus to baptise them with the Holy Spirit -in Mark chapter 1.
I know it works!
I am born a Jew taught to reject Jesus -now I have Him in my heart in the Holy Spirit-He is my messiah, savior and best friend.
who do you think John was speaking of that would give the Holy Spirit?

the question is WHO WAS John the Baptist speaking of when he said there comes one after me to baptise you with the Holy Spirit?
I am born a Jew and repented of my sins -even one lie to Jesus and asked him in and he filled me with his presence in the Holy Spirit as John the baptist promised as well as Jesus- Revelation 1:1& 3:19&20 "I Jesus love you, repent quickly of your sin, Behold I stand at your heart door and knock, if you ask me in I will come in and begin a friendship with you and you with me."
Since it is spiritual He comes in His Holy Spirit of God!
Who do you think this one is who will give the Holy Spirit, that John was speaking of???

Jesus said YHWH would send the Holy Spirit to His disciples and other believers.
This happened first at Pentecost!
Now the Holy Spirit is also here for me :-)
He's a real paracletos !!!!!!
God bless

Read this Chaper again and you find Jews were asking about messiah while Jesus & John both were pointing to each other. It created a confusion about Messiah and they again asked ... if not messiah than are you Another prophet and again both said No!
Muhammad is the foretold "Another prophet" who was supposed to baptise with "Holy Spirit".
Don't be misguided about Holy Spirit! It is one of the Angels of God. In the case of Muhammad it was Gabrail who brought verses to Muhammad for the guidance of humanity.
Christian Church is misguiding about Holy Spirit and finally made it a God in the Trinity.

Why is it that all the Prophets talked about God as being one, yet this is not what the christans believe. They have their own believe which goes against all the teaching of the previous Prophets. If the trinity had been true then why didn't the old testement mention it and why didn't the Prophets mention it. Answer is this was added to the message after Jesus (upon him peace) maybe Paul?

the holyspirit (Ruh Al Qudus) mentioned in the Quran, which God has sent to support Jesus with his prophecy message. and it believes it was the Angel Gibriel, the holy spirit has been mentioned again in the Quran of the one who sent the Quran to prophet Muhammad.
holy spirit (Ruh Al Qudus) supporting Jesus son of Mary:
[87] ..... And We gave 'Isâ (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), clear signs and supported him with Rûh-ul-Qudus (Jibrael (Gabriel)) Is it that whenever there came to you a Messenger with what you yourselves desired not, you grew arrogant? Some, you disbelieved and some you killed.
Quran 2:87
holy spirit (Ruh Al Qudus) sending the Quran to prophet Muhammad:
[102] Say Ruh-ul-Qudus (Jibrîl (Gabriel)) has brought it (the Qur'ân) down from your Lord with truth, that it may make firm and strengthen (the Faith of) those who believe, and as a guidance and glad tidings to those who have submitted (to Allâh as Muslims).
