Ok I read it...Family fights stink.However no you are not wrong.Your sister sounds selfish .or embarrassed..Maybe she doesn't have it..(pretty sad it's only $100) ..So why should your mother suffer because of your sister..Mother's days are from the heart..She might not enjoy her gift knowing her daughter had to struggle to get it...I love my mother so if my sister was going to split it with me and she didn't that is her problem not mine and MOm should have never know about it I think..It might have mad her feel not so loved.Not saying at all that you don't ..just mother's day should have been nice for her..So be the bigger person and forget you sister..She is just rude..You sound like you love your mother..So You go buy the gift for her..I don't think your mother should suffer because of your sisters fight..

I read it... You have 8 answers now... What do you want? You don't have enough faith in yourself, so you have to have others validate your feelings? Grow up. You said how you felt, and what others think shouldn't matter.
