my mom is my only parent and they think she is having seizures and she cant drive my grandma has had several strokes and is also unable to drive thats why i need to get that

You can't get a license early, but perhaps you can get some assistance from the state in the form of visiting care givers who could drive them anywhere they needed to be. There is also the state Sooner Ride program that usually runs $1 to take them shopping or to appointments and back again. You can call your local heath department and see what is available to them. Then YOU need to concentrate of your studies, OK?

Then you will have to have insurance. Please don't rush into the driving thing find out in your area if there are MIT's medical inpaired transportation and set up transportation to and from dr's with public transport. Much cheeper than going out and maintaining Mom's old Caddilac or Buick. AS soon as young people start driving there studys fall off and getting into higher education should be your focus right now. Sweety i don`t think there is such a thing .You just might need to find someone old enough with a license to help you all.I would if you all would live in or close to Ada ,Oklahoma.

if you are legally able to get a license, then get a regular one. you are only 14, and therefore legally unable to drive. they aren't going to give you a drivers license for emergency purposes only.
