why would need to buy a solenoid if the the door lock is burnt up? Take the door panel off, find the motor and replace it. You can buy these at auto parts stores and junk yards. It is fast, simple , easy, and inexpensive. I have done it before and I am a female. Pick up a Manuel-a book while your there. They are handy. I buy one for every automobile I own. Not trying to be a smart butt or anything about it. My brother taught me to buy books on cars and stuff. Good Luck.
