Matthew 27 as predicted Jesus was rejected and Judas helped to tell where Jesus was at so they could kill him to die for our sins and raise again.
verse 5 "Judas cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself."
it appears he had remorse for his sins and couldnt even live with himself
have you prayed and let Jesus into your heart yet or do you live as a Judas as I did too-rejecting him
"He is despised and rejected and lays down his life to make atonement for our sins." Isaiah 53

first answerer 'godless' why not believe Jesus?=
he was born at the perfect time to a virgin (Isaiah 7:14 a miracle sign a virgin will be with child who is God with us=imanuel in Hebrew)
He had to come before the temple was destroyed -which had the last way to point to Jesus in the templ blood sacrifice to cover our sins. Leviticus 17:11 -all the way back to Adam when God slew a animal to cover their sins and clothe them pubicly.
this is how I know this is true and know Jesus as my savior and best friend
As a Jew I prayed "Jesus thanks for dying for my sins and offering to come into my heart and be my friend, I am sorry please forgive my sins, come into my heart and be my friend, amen."
He PROMISED this "I love you and knock on your heart door to come in and forgive your sins and be your friend when you ask me in repenting quickly for your sins." Revelation 3:19&20
Jesus stated "I am the way the truth, and the life, no one comes unto heaven, but by me." John 14:6

to the answerer that said I am full of hate-Hello-If I still rejected Jesus I could live in hate-Jesus says to love all people even those that are mean to you-I pray forgiveness and that they will come to Jesus so they can go to heaven instead of hell tormented forever.
If I hated I wouldn't share the good news of Jesus salvation and friendship to all that will believe Him and ask as I talk about above -for his salvation.
Have you sold out Jesus or do you accept him as your savior and best friend the one that shed his blood to forgive your sins???

Keep the faith my friend, let not their unbelief discourage you.
Since GOD be with you, whom could be against you.
Just like in the days of Noah:
Hebrews 11:7--
7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
1 Peter 3:18-20
18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;
20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
2 Peter 2:5
5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
1 Timothy 4
1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

You may believe the claims that Jesus was a Messiah however most people in the world do not.
Now don't get me wrong, I think that Jesus was a pretty neat guy and a lot of Christians could learn a lot from him, but the Messiah - well there has to be a God to have a son of, and that is a 'theory' with no foundation.

The People who have really sold Jesus (upon him peace) are the ones who believe that he is anything other than a Prophet.
Even Jesus says in the bible they did know, so leave them and no one is punished for someone elses sins. How why would he pay for other peoples sins?

Hi, I guess I fit into "All" as opposed to the other options. Peachy.
I wouldn't repent, I don't think. And personally I don't think I sold out Jesus, and I certainly hope he doesn't feel slighted or anything. Also, I think Jesus would probably judge me more based on my character and heart, than whether or not I get on internet forums and beleaguer people who don't believe in the exact same things that I believe in.
But thanks for asking.

Actually Judas was acting as the hand of god for if he had not given up jesus would you even have Christianity today? It seems sad that the church chose Judas to be the scape goat and burden of their hate when he was simply doing as god wished. You really need to bone up on your bible and not just listen to what others feed to you.

What is your purpose with this question? Are you trying to illustrate why you are superior to other people because you have some morsel of belief that makes you better? If you were actually trying to show people the true path to righteousness, I suggest not sounding so condescending.

Blah blah blah. Jesus wasn't the messiah, I didn't "sell him out", you've mistranslated my Bible again and yes, I'm going to the world to come.

I don't need other people to atone for my sins.
I'm perfectly willing to do that myself.
Stop being so selfish. Jesus shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes. It's a shame that you want him to.
