"My family keep saying stuff that make me feel like im getting fat...."
Well this could be one of the reasons
Its normal for teens to be unsure of themselves your no longer a child and not yet an adult.
Have a sit down with your mom and tell her how you feel.
she was your age once too.

Most of the time your family would tell you things that you don't want to hear, but it's the truth. It pays to listen, take it from them, don't hold a grudge, instead tell them how you feel about them teasing you. I would feel better if my family tells me I'm fat, than hearing it from someone who doesn't know me at all. Remember, it doesn't mean that they don't love you, I think it's the other way around.
Self confidence, like happiness and contentment, is an inner struggle that you have to battle every single day. You have the choice, a free will. I'm not a stranger to low self esteem or low self confidence myself. Everyday when I wake up and before I sleep, I fill my thoughts with positive things (such as being able to wake up, and having made it through another day). I stand up and pretend that I am tree, the wind, a fish, a flower, and I keep repeating to myself "Every God's creation is beautiful. God meant every creation to be perfect. I am God's creation. I am beautiful and God meant me to be perfect." I would pray for all those people who might not have the same privilege as I have, who might be dying of hunger, who might have committed a crime because of poverty, who might be forced to join a war, who doesn't know God, etc. Then, I would feel that my physical appearance no longer matters that much.

If you don't think you're fat, then why would you believe someone who says you are? The key to self-confidence is saying something positive about yourself, and really, truly believing it - no matter what other people say. It's not called other-people-confidence, after all...

Life really is to short to be worried what others think, you dont believe it now, unfortunately we dont believe this until we get older so no matter what anyone says now, you will not believe them. It is part of life, we will all go through this

All that matters is, Are you happy with yourself? Tell them to start an exercises program themselves before they go criticizing you.
Tell them you learn by example.
