nope. the PI and the US no longer have an agreement allowing Filipino nationals the ability to enlist ion the Navy .

You now must be a legal permanent US resident with a green card.

Not any more. We no longer have that arrangement with the Phillippines. If you have family in the US you may ask to get sponsored by them and start the process to getting your US citizenship if you really want to join the Navy.

Go to the site below and tell them of your intentions. There are many foreign nationals the United States military. Just click on the box to the left side of the screen that says "Need more information" and fill out the form. Then they will contact you and you can take it from there. Good Luck!
