"tengo que irme" means "i have to go!"

I think you could also put "tengo que ir"

If its in the state of going somewhere then its: buenas noches hermana, me tengo que ir!
And if its going to the bathroom its: Buenas noches hermana, tengo que hacer pis!

fyi "me tengo que ir" and "tengo que irme" are the same thing
