No, there can be many reasons you are having Vertigo. You're going to have to see a medical doctor for an evaluation. There are prescribed medical drugs to help with vertigo.

many times chiropractic treatment can stop vertigo. Depending on where it is coming from. so you have options.

When you get the vertigo place an ice pack on the back of your neck for fifteen minutes. Repeat this several times a day as needed. Often this can help.

Great question! In some Eastern religions, the end-goal is to achieve a position of neutrality towards all extremes (happiness / sadness, poverty / wealth, etc...) and treat them both as transitory events; to be swayed by neither. It is supposed to bring on a tranquil equanimity upon oneself, the ability to free yourself from judgement. So I gather it is supposedly personally helpful in a spiritual sense of the word, but from a pragmatic sense, it would make one accept all sorts of injustices and discrimination, so I don't see how that could be particularly helpful in evolving the world at large.
