my sister is on a diet and she treats herself once or twice a week, depending on how well she has done.
She has lost 11lbs in just under a month which is incerdible.
For every pound she loses she has a treat BUT low calorie

If it's one of those kiddie-sized, fun-bite candy bars, you can probably have one per day, and still be good (most are around 100 calories).

An ice cream cone... depends on how much you work out. When I did an hour of weight training 5 days a week, and 30 minutes of cardio 6 days per week, I could eat an ice cream cone everyday and be perfectly fine. I have a child now so I only exercise 4 times per week 1 hour, split cardio and weights; I can only eat ice cream once a week, now.

I think it all depends on what the sweet thing is. As rewards for losing 10 lbs I either take myself out to dinner, or buy myself a nice outfit. So far I've lost 12 lbs, and 17.5 inches.

I eat ice cream regularly, Blue Bunny is a Godsend, you can get Fudge Brownie Sundae, and its only 90 calories for 1/2 cup- can't beat it!

Hope this helps :-)

If it is under 4grm fat per hundred eat as much as u like.
If u really crave something have a little, avoiding it alltogether may set u up 4 a binge.
There are lots of sweet alternatives that if u start to introduce will soon seem like the real deal.
Oranges, yougurt ice cream with honey.

you can have a small treat once every day. a 2 finger kit kat bar is only 110 calories. a milky way is about 100 calories. There's lots of little choccy bars which are relatively low in calories. 2 squares of chocolate - but then what would you do with the rest of the bar? if you're like me you'd eat the lot! ha ha
good luck!!

every day if u want, don't deprive yourself & make sure u have what u really enjoy or u could be craving alot more later on, we do need a certain amount of sugar & other things every day so dont cut yourself off..... i've been in chocolate business with my mom & know alot & ice cream is one of my passions so email me if u want info on brands & where to find good stuff.... dark chocolate is real good cuz it doesn't have dairy or alot of sugar & stuff added to it (not drug store candy bars with nuts & stuff in it) im talking about real natural chocolate, a little bit a day is good for you.... a scoop of ice cream is fine especially frozen yogurt or gelato & try sorbet

They actively encourage you to eat treats to stop you from feeling deprived. I generally eat a couple fo biscuits a day or a small choc bar or lolly.

Once or twice a week as a reward for sticking to your exercise and eating plan. But even then you should do extra activity to work off the extra calories.

you can eat sweets, but only in moderation. your not going to give up sweets for the rest of your life.

losing weight is about lifestyle changes not dropping a few lbs. just to put 10lbs. more on later.
