I had to dump a guy because he was so unavialable all the time? He would call back promptly if I called but not initiate much contact. If I stopped calling all together he would send me flirty texts. But I'm not in high school to base my relationship on text msgs. He would ask me out without a concrete plan. There was a lot of mind play. Any thoughts?

He was just playing games. He wasn't trying to be serious. He enjoyed the fact that someone was interested in him & returned the favor by being immature & playing games. You can do better. Also, he may have been talking to other women. All the text messaging, when he could simply call you or only sending them, when you pull back...very juvenile. He was just stringing you a long. Apparently he feels he is all that to do it but probably isn't even that..Move on! :)

Usually try to make themselves seem unattractive in some way. Like being annoying or disgusting. Or bringing out their worst qualities. I once knew a girl who wasn't happy with her bf and wanted him to break it off instead of her doing it, so she mooned me to make him mad.

They just get boring and "turned off' they're not interested in you anymore so if you find him texting other chicks and yeah, then dump him
