There is a simple explanation for this.
During every single night you have several dreams. Dreams occur in a certain stage of your sleep. You have to go back into the previous sleep state to enable you to remember your dream.
If you are less active, it will usually result in you not being as tired, which will mean you will drift from one stage of sleep back into the first stage, which means that you will be more aware of what is going on and remember your dream.
If you were very active during the day, then you will stay in the dream stage of sleep and not remember your dreams unless you get disturbed during the night to run to the loo or by some sound in the house.
We dream regardless if we are busy or not, because our minds never stop working and dreaming helps to sort out your fears and emotions which you had during the day.

We all dream several times a night. People think if they don't remember a dream, then they must not have had one, but actually we dream about once an hour, for a few minutes, but we simply forget the majority of our dreams. I think it is more likely that on the weekends you are more relaxed, and you just have an easier time remembering your dreams because of it, if you are generally very active during the work week, then you a probably just putting aside your dreams of the night before, and mentally jumping on to your work day as soon as you wake up, and what lies ahead, in other words, that you just have more leisure time to address your dreams on the weekends, so more willing to remember them then...

everything regarding sleep is based upon two phases the NREM and REM - non rapid eye movements and rapid eye movements and basically inorder to start dreaming or have a dream u must go through the deep sleep so when uve had a long tiring day you usually crash and just rest the body and mind too so it never comes to deep sleep well rarely does and thats why u dont dream after a long hard day and u dream more often in easy chilled out days
not to mention alot of dreams are forgotten as soon as u wake up so sometimes u even dream but u dont remember anything

dreams come from the action you see and do every day , like if you see a horror movie , you'll probably dream about it , and sometimes dreams mean something , like signs and stuff , or maybe a message from god , and how early you sleep doesn't effect the dream .

No, it all depends on individual subconscious mind. However, very often, we don't remember the dreams when we are too tired. It doesn't mean we don't dream. You have to distinguish that.

you dream everynight but you have to be open to accept them. Usually no stress and relaxed lifestyle will bring in more creative and original dreams.
