For the physical effects, drink at least 1 pint of water. Crying even just a little can upset the balance of water and salt in your body. Get a couple of ice cubes, wrap them separately in a flannel or cotton wool and place them on your eyes. As the ice melts, you'll have cool water easing the puffiness.
However, you also need to deal with the emotional effects - what made you cry? If it was just watching a sad movie, then tell people - you may get a little bit of winding up, but you'll get over it! If it was something more personal, then you need to deal with those issues.

I am not trying to pry, but first get rid of or pray on whatever made you cry. Do not put hot tea on your eyes! Cucumbers only work if they are cold! Cold cucumbers on your 98.6 degree body will last all of 3 minutes.
Put on some jazz music, light a few candles and place two cold towels on your eyes. (Get some wine too!) Relax and take deep breaths. Keep your towels cold and "chilax" for 30 mins!
Your eyes will be right back to normal and STOP stressing. Worry changes nothing! If that is the case!

The cucumber and chilly tea bags help to cut back the swelling - you additionally can attempt haemmoroid cream - yet i might use that when you have used the cucumbers - haemmoroid cream has an ingrediant in it the motives the exterior cells to touch mutually - reducing the puffy bags below your eyes, and then in simple terms use a watch replaced into or visense or something like that. i'm particularly sorry you have been so unhappy which you have been crying all night - wish in spite of it particularly is gets extra appropriate! do you have any cucumber?
sliced, put in the coldest part of the fridge,
place over your eyes, sit for at least ten mins.
failing that, tea-bags
& to get them really cold, put them in the freezer for 5-10 mins.
but make sure they're not frozen.
it should help.
poor you, the puffiness should calm-down over the day.
if any one asks tell them it's hay-fever or tell them the truth.
you've had a bad night & are still a bit tearful,
hopefully they'll get the hint to be kind today.

Hi I hate when this happens, I usually use cold water and keep putting it on them for around 5 mins and they go down in a little while. Its the worse thing you can do go to bed crying as it looks 10x worse in the morning.

Put some cotton wool soaked in cold water over your eyes and relax for ten minutes - should take away most of the puffiness!

use ice... even if it hurts becuz it's too cold it really helps. after about 5 minutes you will be good at new. if it really hurts from the coldness take the ice out for about a few seconds until it's better than put it back. i'm sorry you were sad last night hope you feel better!

Oh Jenny, don't try to hide your beautiful temporary puffed eyes. There is a reason you cried, so why don't you deal with the real issue and not cover it up by going out for more emptiness. It's OK to go out but talk to your friends about how you feel and find keep your mind focused on what is good and pure. Forgive yourself too.
