My bittorrent speed is always zero. It doesn't change. I've turned off my firewall already but it's still 0.0%. My downloads are not progressing. What should I do? Help pls.

talk to your ISP. See if they allow bittorrent. Hope this helps.

Do a port test or connection test, the Bit Client should have a feature like this somewhere, find it. If the test fails then you need to check your internet connection. If its ok then make sure you have a port opened for downloading. Check every possible wall (windows firewall, modem firewall, anti-virus program) and make sure they all have either a port opened or the firewall turned off. Then set the bit client to use that port, this should speed things up.

Nothing to do with your firewall turn it back on or you will have more of a problem than you bargained for take off bittorrent and don't use it again it's ilegal software and you can be tracked using it.........

Dump bittorrent and go to utorrent its free to download and speeds are fast!!!

could be that the file your trying to download is not available....uninstall bittorrent and get Utorrent....its faster...you will get more hits.....bittorrent is out dated at this stage Utorrent is also free

uninstall it and try utorrent it is much better than bittorrent and i'am sure your prob will be fixed.Happy Downloading.

double click the icon bottom middle and change the port number to 80 or 8080, theyre always open.
