i already completed my contract in my present emproyer and immediately i filed an exit., do i have to wait for another year before i can come back to saudi arabia?

You can able to comeback to Saudi soon on a new work visa, if you can manage to get a no objection letter from your existing employer.

Submit the NOC to the embassy/consulate along with the necessary documents while applying for new visa stamping.
