why?
go buy one for the pc its cheaper than anything else.
get a DVD burner while your at it. it burns cds too. and only cost 16 dollars.to start.
well, you've got to get the blank disks from somewhere too

only other choice is that you study math, physics, enginering, manufaturing, and a little bit of business and you can make your own cd burner with house hold parts and a laser..

I've seen a small dvd player for the tv that my neighbor had. it had two trays and you could copy music cds in their format easily. I made numerous backups......... can't find info on one though

Logically it is possible u can use DVD writer to write CD without CD Writer.
But the sense in which u r asking I don't think it is possible.
