Take out the cereal
Take out the milk (beer will suffice in a pinch)
take out the spoon and bowl
take out the orange juice
mix milk and cereal in the bowl
use the spoon to bring the cereal to your mouth
chew 20 times
swallow
drink the OJ straight from the box (no time for cups)
your digestive track should do the rest automatically
Either that or go to the bad side of town, there should be a woman standing on the corner, dressed scandalously, give her a twenty and say Get in the kitchen and bake me some pie!
Another problem solved

just put a tiny bit of oil in a pan & crack an egg or two & fry it & have a couple of bits of toast

or what i love is fried onion & tomato & a couple of slices of bread yum

or toast some bread & cover it with cheese & stick it under the grill till the cheese melts you can put some tomato slices on first if you want

or you can just mix 2 eggs up with a fork & fry in tiny bit of oil
or you can add milk & make it scrambled egg but i like it with out the milk best put a bit of basil with it & its nice

tin baked beans on toast is good if you are bit lazy or tired
that should keep you going for a bit :)

The best easy breakfast is a bowl of decent cereal, cup of V8, and piece of toast and a banana!!! quick easy and fast. I usually sub the V8 with a Bloody Mary!!!
