Yes, I shower with my diamond ring all the time.

I have been showering with my diamond ring on for the last 31 years and it's as beautiful as the day it was bought.

I have it checked once a year at the jewelers and brush it with a soft fingernail brush every once in a while (in the shower) and it's fine.

A ring is probably okay, but It is not advisable to wear diamonds that may come loose and wash down the drain.
