I know this may be too little too late for tonight, but you might want to try sleeping on your side, kind of in a fetal position, with a pillow between your legs. It lines up your hips in a neutral position, and it cushions your knees and ankles so they don't have any pressure on them. Good Luck!
Blessings
ps And I'm praying for you too! ;)

Sounds like your sciatic nerve, for sure. You can alternate ice and heat, first on your lower back between your spine and hip, then the same to your hip, and if needed you thigh. Lay on your side with a pillow between your knees, or on your back the same way. If you have Aleve they work well for mild pain and ache. Finally, I know what it feels like to have sciatic nerve pain, and you are in my prayers!!

Maybe try a heating pad alternating with an ice pack. Perhaps something like Aleve will at least take the edge off.

It sounds like siatica. Till the morning, try a hot bath with some lavender oil in there, or if u don't have any oil, just a hot bath. I find that a couple of mild pain killers can ease the ache.

If it is the sciactic nerve try casting the evil spirit of sciactica out in the name of Jesus. This is the only way relief comes without surgery because it sounds like a ruptured or deteriating disc and usual surgery is a lumbar laminectomy.
If you are having sex out of wedlock, stop it. Consider your sins and ask forgiveness and just maybe the Lord will heal your body.
I know I sound harsh, but I am trying to help you.

Go to a chiropractor.
Lie flat on your back and rotate your legs in and out.
Also, lie on your back, put your feet together and pull them
up towards your butt, press your feet together.
