I don't know how this happend, I just checked up on my order status and it said that its been cancelled. Do I just wait a little longer and will they fix it? Or do I have to order and wait all over again. Right now I"m pretty pissed at Dell, they just cancelled my order for no reason. Please tell me what I should do, I really don't know what im supposed to do right now.

go somewhere else they have the crappiest service when this happens. they did the same thing to my uncle and then sent him the wrong computer 6 weeks later after he returned that computer they sent him a partial refund saying they didnt know where the rest of the money went. this was about 2 years ago he still hasnt recieved the rest of his money and just went and bought a computer from bestbuy. so if u want to avoid any unneccessary frustration go to a store where u can get ur product then and there no shipping waits or problems

Call DellCrap and tell them you are canceling the credit card payment, then Call and Cancel the CREDIT CARD payment. Tell the XBF's father to refuse the order from Dell as they shipped the wrong item. Dell could cancel if they wanted to.

Go to the Dell website and go throught the support options until you find "chat" you can chat w/ Dell 24/7 as long as u have an order number - which you do. they'll let you know what the deal is.

I would try calling Dell and asking them about the status of your order, they will have more information about your order than us humble Y!Answers users have.

Well, seems you have two choices. One is to call Dell. The other is to post a question in cars and transportation, insurance and registration about computers. Which do you think would be most productive? Me too.
