go somewhere else they have the crappiest service when this happens. they did the same thing to my uncle and then sent him the wrong computer 6 weeks later after he returned that computer they sent him a partial refund saying they didnt know where the rest of the money went. this was about 2 years ago he still hasnt recieved the rest of his money and just went and bought a computer from bestbuy. so if u want to avoid any unneccessary frustration go to a store where u can get ur product then and there no shipping waits or problems

Call DellCrap and tell them you are canceling the credit card payment, then Call and Cancel the CREDIT CARD payment. Tell the XBF's father to refuse the order from Dell as they shipped the wrong item. Dell could cancel if they wanted to.

Go to the Dell website and go throught the support options until you find "chat" you can chat w/ Dell 24/7 as long as u have an order number - which you do. they'll let you know what the deal is.

I don't know hot computer guestion got into automotive? Make sure your contract is cancled first call Dell Some nice pakastan person will answer. I went to Sam's Club paid $1,000 and walked away with a very nice laptop.. Can we build one for you? Unless you need 3D grafics and super computing Game machine ready made works for me these days.
