Abuse of authority is most often committed by those in power because they are being backed-up by politicians which should not be tolerated. People must report this kind of violations to the media or file the proper legal actions in court.

I think you should give more information on your struggle either here on answers or on youtube. The video is short but I would like examples of your allegations for further reference. There are other people(Americans) who are being considered enemy combatants who are just people with their own opinions but at least your still have your freedom and a voice to speak. I would like some more info on your case.
