You need to get to a hospital, if you don't get it treated it will get infected, don't sit at the computer, get help. The yellow stuff most probally is pus. You need to get to the hospital to get it cleaned and bandaged properlly. Don't touch it.

Good luck.

Try using the liquid from an Aloe plant. It is amazing on burns.
If there is any green liquid noticable in the wound, this would indicate infection and you must see a doctor. The asphalt should definitely be removed by a nurse or doctor as this will definitely cause infection. If I were you I would see a doctor first to rule out an infection. If there is no infection then even your doctor will recommend the liquid from an Aloe plant.

It depends on how large the area is. If it's only a few square inches, you'll probably be ok dressing it with Neosporin and bandaging it properly yourself. If it's the equivalent of a couple of spread hands (or more), it would be a good idea to go to the doctor and get a script for antibiotics, as well as maybe a tetanus booster. I'm guessing we're looking at the latter situation, as it sounds like the area has pus and/or is leaking lymph fluid.

Better to get the wounds cleaned and dressed. Calendula lotion will be good and Rescue Remedy is another good option. Both are available in near by healthfood stores.
