Im 15 years old and im 5 foot 2 ... i go regularly to the gym and im preety buff and big for a 15 years old but im still short ... does goin to the gym and working out affect the growth of my height ... pls help

It shouldn't, just give it time and you'll grow, maybe it's a topic to suggest with a doctor.

No, but supplement what you are doing with some more active exercises such as playing basketball which can aid you gain some height!

nope lifting weight would not affect your growth, the pituitary gland is the one resposible for our growth development, and its all in the genes=)

however with recent studies, some drugs could help boys and girls in their puberty stage to attain maximum growth development, cholera growth factor is the key.

some chinese herbal drugs are also believed to hasten the growth of the kids, if you are familiar with "tian chit", or better yet ask your local chinese herbal drugtore for that particular concoction.

No, working out and such will do nothing for your height. You will either grow, or, you won't.
