I don't know how this question ended up in the Medicine section. I suspect a lot of the readers don't know what you are talking about and some clairification would have been appropriate. People with ability will go to a place where their abilities are respected and where the get appropriate compensation for their efforts and talents. In the past this often translated into Asians migrating to the US and UK. The trend now seems to be reversing, at least in India, with many doctors and engineers looking for opportuntities back home rather than struggling in the inequities of the job market in the US and UK or work in their moribund health system.

Brain drain is a phrase used by apologists who can not show jobs even to very skilled scientists and technologists.. If you have brains apply them in any country that welcomes you.
