Hi Armand, yes I find EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) helps me greatly, not only with depression but any types of stress.

There is alot of free information online about EFT and you can download information that can get you started to see how you do, or you can find someone that is trained in EFT to teach you the methods best suited to you.

Glad you are looking into natural treatments as the meds tend to mask the problem but never make you better long term.

I haven't tried myself but read very good reports about it. No harm in trying it out. There are other options too, such as Bach Flowers, Acupressure, Reiki, Aromatherapy etc.
