Ahhh, the spell of rain,
into summer we go.
But really who can put this,

We can only point,
to the truth,
of yourself! Thanks Magnolia, you aways inspire. ~ : )

My Hats off to Magnolia, Aum, & Shaka La`har!
Simply Beautiful! =D

I am going to have to say that there is nothing that is Most Important, just as there is nothing that is Least Important. For Importance is an attribute perceived by the ego.

All just is, as it is... All is important! All is unimportant!

We give things these attributes as we go thru our lives, based on purely personal perceptions and standards. I don't believe these perceptions, nor standards, exist in the essence and being of the things that they describe.

I just watched the movie "Kingdom of Heaven" (with Orlando Bloom) last night, and there is a line within the movie that I think describes this understanding well...

The main character Balian (Orlando) asks the invading King Saladin... "What is Jerusalem worth?"

Saladin, as he is walking away answers...
"Nothing....... Everything!"

Magic (the creation of reality) has three facets, thought, word and deed. Its tools however include belief, knowing and hence living as if the result is true. The spoken and the unspoken, the written and the unwritten all are sacred, all create the endless bounds of potentiality and expression, that energy we call the Divine.

To understand the past and build on it the Written and the Said are important. To expand and grow into the future that which has not yet been written or said is most important.

It seems like a few questions within a question. My answer to how I think your asking the question is - Most of our writings have their origin from the oral/spoken tradition. Therefore in the development of man what was spoken has a longer history than what is written. What is written can be subject to other people's interpretations and misunderstandings, Therefore what is said is more personal in the sense it is directly from you, with your intonations, etc.

Following that chain of thought what is unsaid or innate to us is the most basic and integral part of us as human beings. It is a natural and essential part of us. It allows us to communicate with nature and our environment without the need for deep thought and interpretation. It takes us to the most basic, but integral part of us - therefore making it the most improtant part of us.

Whenever we hear words we also hear their hidden meaning so unsaid is as important as said. Our feelings and reactions r according to development of our mind so what we read and apply in our life becomes meaningful with our own experience of what is written so it may or may not match what is written. Both written/unwritten and not said is more important to me.

It depends upon situation. The one who has no knowledge of what is written or what is said will not be able to understand the usaid or unwritten. If one starts from the first step then stepwise he/she can gain the insight. and can unerstand this.

Most important... what is unwritten, it is for us to write our own story, for us to have our own opinions, and thoughts.

Sometimes we can say a thousand words and not say anything or say a few and mean the world (my father's wisdom:)
So what is most important... what cannot be said.

All those things have their own importance in life and are generally as important as any individual/group/organisation wants to make them. Many other things as well which may affect 'feelings'...body language/ flirtation/anger/joy/pain etc etc Everything has its use and abuse.
Best wishes, Mike.

The most important things are those which are said without words. We need to learn to hear the silent things being said all around us.
